Due to the preparation that goes into every appointment and the ability for us to get other clients in, we require 24 hours in advance notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. A fee may be charged for under 24 hours notice.
To ensure we stay on schedule and provide the best experience for all guests, please note that some of our shorter appointment services are booked within limited time frames. Guests arriving more than 5 minutes late may need to reschedule.
